Viticulture
Made with old vine grapes from the Kick on Ranch, a small vineyard sandwiched between the Santa Maria and the Santa Ynez Valleys.Only ten miles off the Pacific, cooling fogs and ocean breezes make the growing season here long and slow.
Vinification
100% destemmed. Skin contact for 18 hours.
Aged in Puncheon for 7 months.
Unfiltered.

Winery Description
Union Sacre is one of the most unique wineries on the Central Coast. Devoted to Alsance varieties only thing that can be said is it is treading a new path. While other chase more mainstream things, this label, with its French born and raised winemaker, is doing things in a different way. Xavier Arnaudin studied winemaking in France and was supposed to go to Argentina for his first international winemaking internship. However, due to an unfortunate happening, he ended up in Paso Robles. Since arriving, he has never looked back.
