Mollydooker Wine Night at Parabola

Join us for a special night of Mollydooker wines at Parabola Wine Bar. Bryan Janssen of the winery will be on hand to guide us through an amazing selection of their wines.

Mollydooker wines are characterized by their richness of flavor and fruit depth. We’ll discover their trademark Marquis Fruit Weight system, which is achieved through a detailed vineyard watering program. The vineyards are situated on the Seaview Ridge, which with its ancient soils and Mediterranean climate, is home to some of the most iconic Australian wines.

We'll be tasting through a line up of ten of their wines from their "Girl on the Go" sparkling Verdelho to their "Carnival of Love" Shiraz. The Velvet Glove, Mollydooker's Top Cuvee, will be available as an additional charge by the glass. Don't miss your chance to experience this amazing wine which was awarded 96 points by Wine Spectator.

Parabola will be preparing some pretty robust food to match these big wines so you can look forward to some tasty meats from the BBQ and some hearty pasta.
