About Shopping

Some wines imported are made in very small quantities. Occasions may arise where wines may not be available in quantities desired and/or newer vintages may be substituted.

Shipping is free for orders over 10,000 yen. For orders below 10,000 yen, shipping is 1,100 yen including tax and refrigerated shipping is 1,430 yen including tax. Refrigerated shipping during the summer months to insure wine arrives in the best condition possible.

Payment options are Collect on Delivery (Kuro Neko Yamato Collect, additional charge of 300 yen plus tax), Credit Card (VISA、MasterCard, American Express), Bank Remittance and Paypal.

Other than Bank Remittances, orders will be shipped as specified or within 2 business days (except year end and extended holiday seasons). Complete orders received by 11am Monday through Friday (except holidays) can be shipped the same day. Please choose Collect on Delivery or Credit Card payment for fastest service.

When sending payment by bank remittance, the remittance fee is to be paid for by the remitter. Your order will be held up to 7 days pending your remittance. Once your remittance is confirmed, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.  For faster service, please contact us by email or phone once you have completed the remittance. If your remittance is not confirmed within 7 days, your order will be cancelled.

Returns and exchanges are not possible for food related products. All wine is inspected on arrival to Japan and prior to shipping. However, if you feel the quality of the wine is unduly compromised, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.

In case of a defect, unconsumed wine may be returned by COD. Once confirmed, replacements of equal or similar value will be made.
